At Spencerian College, we recognize that sending your child to college is a big decision. It will have a major impact on your son or daughter’s future, so a college education is something we take seriously. When your child chooses Spencerian, he or she is choosing to earn a degree from a college with over 120 years of experience.
Student activities are coordinated by the Director of Student Services. Past activities have included Senior Success Seminars, picnics, Belle of Louisville cruises, attending Louisville Bats games at Slugger Field, Valentine’s Day dances and many Derby week activities, such as the Run for the Rose. Other student organizations at Spencerian include the Student Veterans Association, the Spencerian Activities Board, and Sigma Beta Chi.
Career Services staff members are here to assist all Spencerian graduates with employment. Graduates may access free assistance with job searches in their field of study. Career Services helps students with resum’ preparation, interview skills and other job search marketing pieces. Career Services also stages a career fair on campus at least once per year, and it is open to current students and alumni who wish to attend.
Paying for education is an investment. It requires planning and parents and students should seek help from the Financial Planning department when they have questions or concerns.
